Club Management System Update
Northstar, the club’s accounting software has been updated to the latest version. With that comes a new and improved member portal as well as some back-office improvements most members won’t notice, but are important.
There has been a lot of demand in recent months for a member directory and this new upgrade gives us some needed changes to our technology. We’ve included a step-by-step video with this newsletter to allow you all to learn the new portal, but feel free to submit questions to ilccitdept@gmail.com

Improvement Projects Update
We have a couple of improvement projects going on at the club, here are some quick updates on those from the Building and Maintenance Committee..
Exterior Painting
Repairs in preparation for painting the exterior of the building were recently completed, and the painting company has been given the green light to get us on their schedule. We are pretty excited about this project and do hope you like the final result! We have a goal to be completed in advance of pool opening and will also be installing a new pool cover once the painting is done on the pool deck side. Even better yet, we are installing new speakers and new flood lights once painting is done! Huge thanks to Rob Schlafer, Kyle Bosse, Alex Huettl and Gerber in addition to all the volunteers who lent their time and talent to the effort!
We hope there are no inconveniences during the time the painter is on site. As we all know, sometimes they are unavoidable. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding during the project.
Cart Path Completion
The Golf Committee and building and maintenance are working to stockpile stone as we anticipate being able get started with the cart paths this season. A very high level plan is to do this project over time to spread out the cost of stone and availability of labor. More to come on this. If anyone is interested in helping out with these projects and just doesn’t have the time or can’t do the physical part of it - a great alternative would be to fund one or more loads of stone. The cost is about $800-900 per truckload. See Justin Wilson.
